Sean Ramchandani is a Rating Field Inspector residing in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems. After spending the first part of his career focused on technology, he entered the construction industry in 2010, building and renovating both residential and commercial spaces. He currently holds a Professional Home Inspector license in the state of Texas as well as the national RESNET Rating Field Inspector license.

In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, following Philadelphia sports teams, volunteering with the Texas Ramp Project to build handicap accessible ramps for low-income homeowners, and mentoring recently released convicts with the Crosswalk program.
