ICS Inspectors, LLC welcomes Jacob Hooper as a Regional Manager. Jacob is a Home Energy Rater (HERS) through RESNET, a Green Building Specialist through the USGBC, and a Residential Energy Inspector/Plan Examiner certified through the International Code Council. He has worked with builders throughout the Pacific Northwest for over eight years to certify thousands of projects to the National Green Building Standard (NGBS) as well as ENERGY STAR.

As one of his true passions in life, Jacob is always studying, philosophizing, and conceptualizing brilliant remedies for all of life’s problems. He especially enjoys learning, listening, and sharing his thoughts on history. In his free time, he likes taking a group of friends and family on a guided tour through the fantastic worlds of Dungeons & Dragons. Jacob lives in Longview, Washington.
